Machine Shop – SMJ Venture

We now own a full-fledged machine shop, which was started as a small tool room  20 years ago with a single lathe machine under a 90 sq ft. shed,  has now spread over 6500+ sq ft and is equipped with an array of machines, equipment, and instruments.

 

Our machine shop has –

  • Lathe Machine (3 Nos) – ( 1 Nos from MSO Germany, 2 Nos Arun Machinery_India)
  • Milling Machine (1 Nos from Argo, Taiwan)
  • Radial Drill Machine (1 Nos from Batliboi)
  • Surface Grinding Machine (4 Nos from MSO_Germany, ELB, Jones Shipman_England & Praga_India)
  • Cylindrical Grinding Machines – 2 Nos MSO_Germany
  • Cylindrical Grinding Machines – 2 Nos Jones Shipman_England
  • Drill Machine (2 Nos from SKI Industries)
  • Tool & Cutter Grinding – 1 Nos (Apex_India)
  • EDM Machines – 4 Nos ( Ratnaparikh_India and JK Machines_India)
  • CNC Wirecut Machines – 1 Nos (Electronica_India)
  • CNC VMC Machine – 1 (Haas_USA)
  • Etching Machines – 1 Nos (Yugma_India)
  • Jig Boring Machine – 1 Nos (SIP_Switzerland )
  • Laser Marking machine – 1 Nos (LLP_Germany)
  • Laser Welding Machines – 2 Nos ( LLP_Germany) 
Keeping pace with our growing needs and fulfilling our goals of achieving total vertical integration and turning our machine shop into an integral part of modern engineering, we have completed due diligence to add state-of-the-art CNC VMC & Wire EDM machines. CNC turning machine is also recently added .
In addition to general instruments our machine shop is also equipped with Digital Vernier Calipers, Micrometers: Inside-Outside, Depth, etc; Gauges: Bore, Height, Slip, Ring, etc. (a few of them specifically to check the accuracies of our products) and the latest addition is the 2D Height Master (from Electronica, Pune).

We are also offering the repairing of Dice & Mold Spares supplies such as:
