CHARGING CAPS
A fume arrester or charging cap is a device fitted to the opening of a battery lid. Under normal operating circumstances, they restrict the movement of acid mist or vapors and stop the transmission of acid vapor in its immediate vicinity. So the outlet must be protected by a fume arrester that prevents the turbulent flow in which the velocity at any point varies erratically and the acid vapors get trapped due to its unique design and reducing the air pollution at the venting point.
