We possess a fully equipped infrastructure with a shed of over 35000 sq. ft. and a scope to further add 10000 sq. ft., an office space of 1500 sq. ft. (with 100% power backup) and are fully geared to take infrastructural challenges for the present as well as future.

From manual press fit machines to fully automatic and programmable injection moulding machines ranging from 20 Ton to 250 Ton (11 Nos), we have an array of machines to finish the job appropriately.

To keep pace with the fully automatic injection moulding machines, we have an array of semi and fully-automatic moulds ranging from single cavities to as high as 64 cavities. Most of these moulds are equipped with features like auto de-gating, product ejection and core pulling; helping us increase per hour production rate and the aggregate capacity, significantly.

The latest addition to our unit is a special-purpose assembly machine that is capable of assembling plastic components at our in-house assembly lines. Apart from production and assembly facilities we have a fully equipped R&D division contributing significantly in our pursuit of our goals.

The array of CNC machines for product development: - We have expanded to make precision product manufacturing such as ceramic vent plugs and OPzS battery vent plugs, fume arresters, and battery terminal caps and much more with an array of CNC machines for product development and range expansion.

These include the manufacturing of precision components, bespoke creation of caps and closures, and ceramic vent plugs tailored for electrical components, through the planning, design, development. A whole range of incubation or Idea Germination and provision of comprehensive CNC machining, encompassing CNC Lathe, CNC VMC, and CNC EDM Wirecut processes.

Additionally, our expertise extends to the provision of products of Plawn, customised as per client requirements, catering to the exigencies of intricate fabrication tasks demanding meticulous precision.This strategic diversification has been underpinned by our notable accomplishments within the battery industry. Our company has garnered acclaim for the production of vent caps and associated accessories, including ceramic and plastic variants. Moreover, our product portfolio encompasses an assortment of battery-related accoutrements such as handles and arrestors, thus solidifying our stature within this niche market segment.

We have boarding/lodging facilities for workers and staffs, hygienically maintained toilets, a fully equipped and functional canteen facility where food is provided at RO based drinking water filters etc.
