Design – Research

Any product is an outcome of an enormous amount of research. Ideally and typically a product has to go through stages like incubation, research, usability engineering, prototyping, development, beta testing, and market testing in order to be fit for the market. Designing and research & development play a vital role in giving shape to ideas and validating those ideas. Being a product-based company; we understand and appreciate the importance of having a dedicated, efficient, and effective design and research cell.

The Team:

Our Design-R&D division is an extraordinary combination of experience and youth. The team is led by Mr. Banerjee with more than 45 years of experience in product design and tool room machinery. He is being assisted by young and energetic Mr. Soumabrata with expertise counting upto 42 years in design and product development and Mr. Assini Jaiswal, someone who is an engineer by qualification and follows enormous detailing by practice. Technology adoption is probably his second nature.

The infrastructure:

The Design-R&D division has the expertise to work in 2D and 3D software and is currently using both CAD software. Also equipped with 3D modeling software to take the capabilities and efficiencies, a few notches up.
